Our client, Aytu Biopharma, a Specialty Pharmaceutical organization has an immediate need for a motivated and enthusiastic Training Manager. This is a direct hire role with Aytu and is an office based position in the greater Philadelphia area.
SUMMARY: The Training Manager will lead the design and execution of impactful training initiatives that enhance sales force effectiveness, drive readiness for product launches, and foster ongoing development within Aytu’s CNS franchise during a period of rapid growth and product launch preparation. This new role will support the growth of the organization through strategic training programs, curriculum design, and field coaching support. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the individual will also collaborate cross-functionally to support the professional growth and leadership capabilities of the field force.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Design and deliver engaging workshops focused on disease state education, product knowledge, and selling skills
- Create and manage field training materials in alignment with brand strategy and messaging
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, live and virtual training sessions, and field effectiveness programs
- Monitor progress of trainees and provide guidance for continued development
- Lead PRC submission and review process for all training content to ensure compliance
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Compliance to ensure consistent training delivery and alignment
- Support field coaching efforts and assist managers in implementing development plans
- Provide guidance to managers in assessing leadership development needs using feedback tools and assessments
- Identify and recommend new training vendors and materials to enhance learning programs
- Monitor training program budgets and manage scope as needed
- Ability to travel approximately 30% (includes meetings, conferences, and field rides).
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Compliance
- Serve as primary liaison for field training excellence
- Oversight of vendor relationships for external training materials.
- Deep knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Skilled in curriculum development and facilitation (in-person and virtual)
- Ability to convert complex clinical or technical data into digestible, field-ready content
- Familiarity with PRC processes and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced training certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical training or commercial operations experience
- CNS experience preferred
- Experience managing training content through PRC process
- Proven track record of delivering training aligned to business strategy.
- Onsite role based in Berwyn, PA
- Approximately 30% of travel is required
- Office setting with standard lighting, heating, and air conditioning
- Frequent use of virtual collaboration tools and video conferencing
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and computer use.
